They are made up of Heads in Research, Art, Technology and Strategy. They are the beginning and the end of our processes in the business. They research, brainstorm, analyse, dissect, question, investigate, source, plot and ideate. They are the engine room for our clients where everything permeates from and there is a life cycle of feeding them information so that they are continually armed with our clients’ facts and can draw insight from there.

Over the last few years, Mike has won the respect of business by his determined approach to helping people navigate a diverse and complicated world of Digital Business. 

With over 8 years’ experience as a Senior Brand Manager for Unilever across Sub-Sahara Africa and Asian Markets, Camilla is a strong strategist who has a natural ability to translate insight and consumer understanding into strong mixes that deliver competitive advantage.

With 21 years’ experience in the advertising industry, he has worked the majority of his career at TBWA Hunt Lascaris. Working on above the line campaigns fueled by research, strategic insight and consumer behavior on a wide range of clients ranging from the retail sector like SPAR and Build It to Defy and Beiersdorf South Africa.

With a love for data and research, Serena has been crunching the numbers and statistics for 7 years’ now. She has worked within digital her whole career and has a passion for understanding, defining, measuring and managing clients’ objectives to ensure strong strategies are based on strong insights. Some of the industries Serena has focused on over the past few years have been Automotive, Telecommunications, Finance and Banking as well as retail.
